Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Dream Big, including connecting a TikTok account and publishing videos to TikTok. Dream Big Digital provides Dream Big. By using Dream Big, or by connecting TikTok to it, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
The software
Dream Big is software you run on your own computer. You choose a theme, and Dream Big produces a short vertical video from that theme: an idea, a script, narration, scene visuals, and captions. You can then schedule a finished video to your TikTok account.
Connecting TikTok
When you connect TikTok, you authorize Dream Big to read your basic TikTok profile and to upload and publish videos you schedule. Sign-in is completed on TikTok. You can disconnect the account inside Dream Big at any time, and you can revoke Dream Big in TikTok’s app permissions.
Connect only accounts you are allowed to manage. You are responsible for the activity on those accounts, including posts Dream Big sends because you scheduled them.
Your content
You are responsible for the material you publish, including:
- videos, scripts, captions, and hashtags
- music, images, and other third-party material in a video
- claims, offers, and commercial disclosures
You confirm that you have the rights needed to publish that material, and that it follows the law and TikTok’s terms, community guidelines, and music rules. Dream Big tells TikTok that posts it uploads are AI-generated. Dream Big leaves TikTok’s branded-content and promotional toggles off. If a post needs a commercial disclosure, you add it on TikTok.
How posts are sent
Dream Big uploads a video only when you schedule it. When TikTok offers a private “only you” privacy level, Dream Big uses it. Otherwise it uses a privacy level TikTok returns for your account. Duet, comment, and stitch settings follow what TikTok reports for your account. TikTok can delay, reject, limit, or hide a post. A scheduled post in Dream Big is a request to TikTok, and TikTok decides whether the video goes live.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Dream Big only for lawful posting. You will not:
- publish content that is illegal, infringing, or deceptive
- publish content that violates TikTok’s rules
- connect an account you are not authorized to use
- misuse, overload, or attempt to bypass TikTok’s APIs
TikTok
TikTok is a separate service operated by TikTok and its affiliates. Your TikTok account, and any video that is published there, remain subject to TikTok’s own terms and policies. Dream Big Digital does not control TikTok.
Intellectual property
Dream Big Digital owns the Dream Big software. You keep your rights in the content you create and publish. These terms do not transfer your content to Dream Big Digital.
Disclaimer
Dream Big is provided as available. Scripts, visuals, captions, and uploads can fail, be delayed, or differ from what you expected. Dream Big Digital does not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that TikTok will display a post.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Dream Big Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for content you publish, decisions TikTok makes about your account or posts, or loss of data on your computer. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Stopping use
You may stop using Dream Big and disconnect TikTok at any time. Dream Big Digital may stop offering the software. Sections that should survive ending use, including content responsibility, disclaimers, and liability limits, still apply.
Changes
Dream Big Digital may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top is the version in effect. If you continue to use Dream Big after an update, you agree to the updated terms.
